Maastricht University PhD Student, Iris Boot did a three-month internship at NBRI in 2019 before the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns. Iris has now recently had the results of the work that she was doing with Maree at NBRI published in the European Journal of Nutrition. It was great to be a part of such a wonderful collaboration.
